How to verify your identity for verification through Persona (for new account or KYC Update only)

If you receive an email from Bitkub Exchange (sent from support@bitkub.com only) that requires you to submit additional information on the Persona system, such as your information on the Bitkub system is not the most recent one, you can proceed with the following steps:

1. Go to the email that you received from Bitkub Exchange.

2. Click on the link attached to the email (the link starts with https://bitkub.withpersona.com/...).

3. Fill in the details in every field correctly:

• Your first name
• Your last name
• Your email address that is registered with Bitkub Exchange

4. Take your selfie.

• When taking a selfie, please look straight, and then slightly turn your face to the left and right as instructed by the system accordingly.

• Position your face in the middle of the frame before taking the selfie.
• Remove the face mask, glasses, or any accessories that are covering your face.
• Turn your face slightly according to the instructions of the system.

If your selfie is accepted, you will see a pop-up informing you that your information has been sent to our system, and you will receive an email to inform you of the result within the specified period.

In case the photo of your ID card/passport or selfie photo is invalid, or the system denies your uploaded photos all the time, please read this article for guidance thoroughly before trying again or contact Bitkub Support for advice or further assistance.
