How to Request Desktop Mode on Mobile Browser

You can access your Bitkub Exchange account and platform on Desktop Mode from your mobile browser by following the steps below.

For iOS devices

• For iOS version 13 or newer
  Here's how to request a desktop site on the Safari application.

1. Open the Safari application.
2. Enter Bitkub.com.
3. Tap on AA icon on the left side of the URL bar.
   
   
   
   
4. Select "Request Desktop Website."
   
   

• For iOS version 12 or older
  Here's how to request a desktop site on the Safari application.

1. Open the Safari application.
2. Enter Bitkub.com.
3. Tap and hold on the “Refresh” button next to the URL bar.
   
   
   
   
4. > Select “Request Desktop Site” on the pop-up message below.
