Price Difference

The trading price has changed by 30% compared to its price 24 hours earlier.

The system compares the current price with the price from 24 hours ago (calculated as the median of the opening price, the price at exactly 24 hours ago, and the prices ±1 minute around that time). If the price difference is 30% or more, the P30 sign will be displayed.

Price Warning

The price difference of digital assets on Bitkub compared to other exchanges is equal to or greater than 10%.

Digital assets on the Bitkub exchange compared to the prices on other digital asset exchanges, with the following criteria:

1. Digital assets that have less than 90% of trading volume on Bitkub compare with other exchanges, based on information from www.coinmarketcap.com or www.coingecko.com or any other reference sources that can compare trading volumes.

2. Compare prices with other digital asset exchanges ranked among the top 50 by trading volume, using data from coinmarketcap.com or coingecko.com.

- If the difference in price is equal to or greater than 10%, the W10 warning sign will display

- If the difference in price is equal to or greater than 20%, the W20 warning sign will display

- If the difference in price is equal to or greater than 30%, the W30 warning sign will display

Trading Halt

Temporary suspension of trading activities.

Trading in digital assets is halted for a maximum period of 12 hours. Trading halts may be implemented because of

1. Issuer of digital assets requests the exchange to halt trading due to system maintenance, changes in investor rights, or the disclosure of important information that may affect investment decisions or trading activities.

2. Important information that may affect the rights of investor or investment decisions, which the exchange has not yet received notification from issuer of digital assets, and is in the process of inquiring and awaiting clarification from the issuer.

3. Any occurrence that could materially impact investment decisions or trading activities.

Trading Suspension

Temporary suspension of trading while the exchange reviews relevant information.

This may lead to a decision about the token’s listing status.

Trading in digital assets is being temporarily suspended. Trading suspensions may be enforced because of

1. Issuer of digital assets violates or neglects to comply with the rules, regulations, announcements, resolutions of the committee, or agreements that the exchange requires them to comply with.

2. Upon the occurrences defined in 1 and 2 of H sign are met. And the exchange has definitively confirmed that the issuer of digital assets is incapable of providing prompt disclosure.

3. Occurrences that may materially affect trading activities.

Delisted

The digital asset is in the process of being delisted from the Bitkub exchange.

The system displays the "DE" symbol when a digital asset is scheduled to be suspended from trading and delisted from the Bitkub exchange within a specified timeframe as announced by the company.

Notice

Have changes that affect investor rights, such as updates to token offering details or revisions to the whitepaper.

Important information or occurrences that could affect the rights of investors, investment decisions, or the price of digital assets that may be because of

1. Occurrences that significantly impact the revenue of the issuer of digital assets on the exchange.

2. The issuer of digital assets is undergoing business rehabilitation.

3. The issuer of digital assets encounters an adverse event that materially impacts the company.

4. The issuer of digital assets ceases to operate all or part of its business.

5. The issuer of digital assets undertakes a modification of core business objectives.

6. The issuer of digital assets contracts with another party to delegate all or part of the management of the company.

7. The issuer of digital assets performs or is subjected to actions that constitute a takeover or acquisition of control.

8. The issuer of digital assets defaults on its debt obligations.

9. The issuer of digital assets amends any material agreements related to digital assets.
