FAQ: Add Bank Account

Here are some frequently asked questions about adding a bank account to your Bitkub account.

 

1. What should I submit to register a bank account to my Bitkub Account?
We require a photo of the first page of your bank book (both the back page of the bank book cover and the page with the bank account owner's name). The name of the bank account's owner must match the name of your Bitkub account.

 

2. What information should be captured in the photo?
The bank book image should show your bank, your complete name, and your complete bank account number. The image must be clear and readable.

 

3. Can I use a bank account that is not under my name?
No. The name of the bank account's owner must match the name of your Bitkub account for security purposes.

 

4. Can I link a foreign bank account to my Bitkub account?
No. At the moment we operate with local banks in Thailand only.


5. Can I use the English name?

Please see the name stated in the bank book and use the same language.
