Decentraland is the first virtual decentralized platform owned and created by its users. Decentraland runs on the Ethereum blockchain through the ERC20 token. Users can purchase a virtual plot of land called “LAND” where they can build anything on it. In return, other users / visitors can make use of anything that is available on the land for a certain fee paid through MANA towards the owner of the land.
