Thai Baht (THB) Deposit and Withdrawal Processing Time and Fees

1. THB Deposit

1.1 Bank Transfer Method

Your deposit will be processed and credited to your Bitkub account within 3 days after you upload the proof of deposit.* ’ **
(Your proof of deposit must be clear and the amount must be correct.)
The minimum amount for deposits via the THB transfer method is 50,000 Baht.

1.2 QR Code Method

Fast processing: your deposit will be credited to your Bitkub account within 1 minute - 24 hours.* ’ ** ’ ***
The minimum amount for deposits via the QR code method is only 40 Baht.
Each QR code should not be re-used to avoid any errors.

Remarks:

* The name in the depositing bank account must be matched with the registered bank information in your Bitkub account. If the depositing bank account is under another person’s name, Bitkub will refund the deposited amount after receiving the supporting documents. (Learn more at How to refund payment of an unsolicited THB deposit.)

** Should there be any unexpected issue from the payment gateway, your deposits might be affected and delayed. The deposit process may then complete within 3 business days in order for the bank to verify the amount of your transaction again. If this happens, we will announce in this regard and post it on our official communication channels.

*** The QR code deposit system is suspended daily from 11:30 PM - 12:10 AM (GMT+7) due to daily system maintenance on the bank side. However, you can make transactions via THB transfer deposit as usual during the said period.

2. THB Withdrawal

2.1 Via Kasikorn Bank

Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 Baht.*
Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is over 2,000,000 Baht.* ’ **
The maximum withdrawal is 20,000,000 Baht per transaction.

2.2 Via other banks

Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.*
The maximum withdrawal is 2,000,000 THB per transaction.

Remarks:

The THB withdrawal system is suspended daily from 11:30 PM - 12:10 AM (GMT+7) due to daily system maintenance on the bank side.

* Should there be any unexpected issue from the payment gateway side, your withdrawals might be affected and delayed. The withdrawal process may then complete within 3 business days in order for the bank to verify the amount of your transaction again. Should this happen, Bitkub will make an announcement on this concern on our official channels.

** In case you make a withdrawal amount that is over 2,000,000 Baht after 06:00 PM (GMT+7), it will be credited to your bank account by 10:00 AM on the following day.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

3.1 Deposit Fees

There is no deposit fee on Bitkub Exchange.

3.2 Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawal fees may vary depending on the bank and the amount of your withdrawal. Please refer to the table below.
