Bitkub Rewards

Bitkub Rewards is a reward program for customers of Bitkub Exchange to collect points and redeem a variety of rewards (such as fee credits and more) which differ every month or as specified by the company.

How to enter the Bitkub Rewards page

There are 2 ways you can enter the Bitkub Rewards page.

1. From the menu bar on the top of the Homepage of https://www.bitkub.com/.

2. Bitkub application

Sign in to your Bitkub account on the application > click on the Rewards button on the Homepage.
The system will take you the the Bitkub Rewards page on the mobile browser.

How to earn points

1. Daily check-in

You can complete a daily check-in by simply clicking at the point box for the day, the egg, or the check-in button (click at 1 spot and 1 time per day only).
If you miss checking in some days, you can come back to complete it later. However, there are some conditions you need to know.
- You will need to pay some points as compensation to redeem the right for late check-ins.
- The points for compensation are subject to the points you will earn on a day (the more points you will earn after checking in, the more points you need to pay as compensation.)
The system will reset the check-in every day at 12:00 AM (GMT+7).

2. Missions*

2.1 Successfully open a Bitkub account

2.2 Complete account verification (KYC level 1)

2.3 Successfully add friend with Bitkub LINE Connect

2.4 Complete the first THB deposit on your Bitkub account**

2.5 Complete the first crypto deposit on your Bitkub account**

Remarks

For customers who complete the account registration, account verification, or adding friend with LINE Bitkub Connect before the start of Bitkub Rewards, the system will automatically add points to their Bitkub Rewards on 20 November 2023. The points can be checked from the “Your point” tab.
** To earn points from deposit missions, you must complete a THB / crypto deposit after the beginning of the Bitkub Rewards program (on 20/11/2023 at 12:01 AM (GMT+7)).

Special! To welcome the return of Bitkub Rewards

You can get a Welcome Gift worth 200 points right away once you log in to your Bitkub Rewards page 1 time between 20 November 2023 at 12:01 AM - 26 November 2023 at 11:59 PM (GMT+7).

Rewards

1. Digital rewards

Bitkub hammer: To reduce the hatch time and open the egg.
Common egg
Bronze egg
Silver egg
Golden egg
Gift vouchers, such as a Starbucks voucher, etc.

2. Physical rewards

Please read the details before redeeming.
The reward will be sent to your chosen address within 45 days.
You can request to change the address for delivery by contacting Bitkub Support. However, the company reserves the right to fulfill your request and be responsible in case you do not receive the package if the company already processed the delivery before the time of your request.
The company will deliver the reward to you free of charge and only to an address in Thailand.

How to redeem rewards

1. Sign in to your Bitkub account and go to the Reward menu.

2. Select “Redeem”.

3. Click on the “Details” button of the reward you like, read the details, and check whether you have enough points before redeeming.

4. Click confirm to redeem.

For physical rewards, you will need to select the address where you want the reward delivered before completing the redemption. The system will show the address as per your identity document, your contact address, and your work address (as per your verification). However, you can add 2 more addresses.

How to check your redemption history

You can check the redemption history as well as credited points from the “History” tab.

Bitkub Rewards conditions

1. You can enter the Bitkub Rewards page without signing in to your Bitkub account. However, if you want to participate in a mission or complete a daily check-in, you will need to sign in first.

2. Only customers with successful account verification can redeem the rewards.

3. Points are valid for 2 years from the credit date.

The system will automatically deduct the expired points if unused.
You can check the expiration date of points on the History tab > Point Expire; points that will expire first will be at the bottom of the page (sort from new to old).

4. You must open a Bitkub egg within 48 hours after it hatches. (If you do not open it in time, the egg will expire and disappear from your Bitkub Rewards page.)

5. The redeemed fee credits are valid for 30 days after the credited date.
