You can register an account with Bitkub Exchange on our website and the application, simply by filling in your email address and other requested information. Kindly note that 1 customer can open 1 account only as you will need to fill in your ID number (for Thai nationals) or passport number (for foreign nationals) for verification.
But before you begin, please study our Terms of Service to set proper expectations and learn about the correct usage of our products and services.
If you are ready, let's get started!
1. On the Bitkub website, click 'Sign up' on the top right of the main page or click on the Sign up for free button.
2. Set up the email address and password for the account.
2.1 Enter your email address.
2.2 Set the password for your Bitkub account.
2.3 Re-enter the password correctly.
4.4 Click Sign up.
*Tips: Your password must contain the following.
- Contain at least 12 characters.
- Contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z).
- Contain at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z).
- Contain at least 1 number (0-9).
- Contain at least 1 special character (!@#$%^*-_+=).
Remark: The password entered in the 'Confirm password' field (3) must match the password entered in the 'Password' field (2).
3. Read the User Agreement before ticking the box in front of the statement: "I hereby have read, agreed, and accepted the User Agreement entirely with my full understanding and willingness.", and click Confirm.
4. Read the disclosure of information and risks and click Confirm.
5. Complete the consent setting for personal data management.
- You can give consent to Bitkub to notify you of news, updates, and product recommendations from us and/or our business affiliates, and to disclose your data to Bitkub for analysis.
- You can review the company’s Privacy Policy and list of affiliates and business partners here
5.1 Check the box of each objective you agree to give consent to or check the box “Consent to all personal data processing” to give consent to all objectives and click Confirm when you finish.
Remarks:
- Users who are older than 18 years of age but younger than 20 years must give consent to Bitkub.com to collect, use, or disclose personal information from their parents.
- If you choose to not give any consent, the system will ask you to confirm your decision.
6. You will receive a link to confirm your email address in your email inbox. If you do not receive the confirmation email, you can request another one every 1 minute. (In case you do not see the confirmation email after requesting it, please check Troubleshooting: Unable to receive email from Bitkub.)
7. Your account registration is complete!
Remark: Before trading, please verify your account identity and make THB deposit.
