This table will provide information on transaction confirmation statuses on Bitkub Exchange and what steps are needed to be done to complete each transaction.
Status | Meaning | What to do |
Waiting | Waiting to be confirmed by the customer | Complete the security authentication, such as going to the inbox of your email address registered with Bitkub Exchange and clicking "Confirm" (for customers whose Bitkub application version is below v3.31.1). For Thai Baht deposits, please transfer the selected amount via QR code or THB transfer (proof of deposit or payslip must be uploaded for the THB transfer method). |
Pending | Waiting to be checked further | Waiting for Bitkub Exchange to check, such as the transferred amount and THB payslip, security verification, etc. |
Processing | The transaction is in progress. | Waiting to be checked further. If the transaction takes longer than 2 hours to process (such as high transaction volume on the blockchain), you can contact Bitkub Support to have it checked. |
Canceled | The transaction is canceled (by the customer or an operator). | If the transaction is canceled, please create a new transaction. |
Rejected | The transaction is canceled (by the system or an operator). | If the transaction is rejected, please create a new transaction. Kindly ensure that the details are correct before you submit and confirm the transaction. |
Completed | The transaction is completed on the Bitkub Exchange system. | For crypto withdrawals, the processing time depends on the blockchain of each token. Please see the processing time here.* For THB withdrawals, the processing time depends on each bank. Please see the bank processing time here. |
Refunded | Successful refund process | For incorrect (unsolicited) Thai Baht deposits only |
