Transaction Statuses on Bitkub Exchange

This table will provide information on transaction confirmation statuses on Bitkub Exchange and what steps are needed to be done to complete each transaction.

Status	Meaning	What to do
Waiting/Confirm Email	Waiting for the customer to "Confirm" via email.	Go to the inbox of your email address registered with Bitkub Exchange and click "Confirm".
Pending	The transaction is being verified by our related team.	Waiting to be checked further
Processing	The transaction is in progress (by the system).	Waiting to be checked further. If the transaction takes longer than 2 hours, please contact Bitkub Support to have it checked.
Canceled	The transaction is canceled by the customer or Bitkub Exchange.	If the transaction is canceled, please create a new transaction.
Reported	Waiting for the confirmation of the transaction.	Waiting for the confirmation or further check which can be affected by: The transaction volume on the blockchain. The transaction is currently being processed for further checks to ensure the security of the asset. Incorrect destination (recipient) wallet address/memo entered OR no memo entered when the transaction is being created. The transaction will be checked further and canceled, and your tokens will be credited back to the original (sender) wallet once the transaction is successfully canceled. The checking process is normally completed within 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for some cases.
Complete	Bitkub Exchange has confirmed the transaction.	Waiting for the transaction to complete on the system* For crypto withdrawals, the processing time depends on the blockchain of each token. Please see the processing time here.* For THB withdrawals, the processing time depends on each bank. Please see the bank processing time here.
