How to deposit coins (cryptocurrency)

You can deposit coins on Bitkub website by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your Bitkub Account.

2. From the Homepage, click the WALLET icon at the upper right portion of the screen. Then, choose MY WALLET.

3. Click DEPOSIT to see the wallet address to which cryptocurrency you would like to deposit.

4. Click Copy Address or Scan QR Code and paste the coin wallet address to the platform interface for the destination wallet address.

5. Take note of the transaction hash so you can check the status of your transaction. Kindly allow some time, within 24 hours, for the confirmation to be completed in the blockchain.*

* If the amount is not adjusted on your Bitkub account after your transaction is completed on the blockchain for more than 24 hours, please contact Bitkub Support right away. Our team will proceed to check it for you immediately.
