Flare (FLR) Distribution for XRP Holders as of 12 December 2020 at 07:00 AM (GMT+7) and FLR Withdrawal System Opening

Referring to the Flare (FLR) (Formerly called Spark Token) airdrop of the Flare Network to XRP holders who held their XRP at 07:00 AM (GMT+7) on 12 December 2020, Bitkub Exchange hereby announced the support of the said airdrop for the best benefit of our XRP holders. Further from the prior announcement, please be informed that we will be handling all the technical procedures of this distribution. Please see the details below.

Eligibility for Participation

Eligible participants were holders of XRP in Bitkub wallets during the snapshot process which took place at 07:00 AM (GMT+7) on 12 December 2020.

XRP under the following statuses will NOT be included in this FLR airdrop

XRP in successful sell orders before the snapshot on Bitkub Exchange.

XRP purchased after the snapshot on Bitkub Exchange.

XRP withdrawn before the snapshot on Bitkub Exchange.

XRP in incomplete deposit transactions before the snapshot on Bitkub Exchange.

Schedule

• Bitkub Exchange and Flare Network took the snapshot of XRP on customers’ wallets:

            12 December 2020 at 07:00 AM (GMT+7)

• Bitkub Exchange proceeds with the airdrop and enables the FLR withdrawal system:

            By 24 February 2023*

FLR Airdrop Details and Distribution Rules

1. This airdrop is to distribute the first 15% of the total FLR distribution; the FLR airdrop ratio of this distribution is FLR = 1 XRP : 0.1511 FLR.
   Example: A customer who held 1,000 XRP at the time of the snapshot will receive 151.1 FLR.
2. The remaining tokens of 85% will be distributed in accordance with the Flare Network's announcement that states that the tokens will be distributed within 36 months.
3. When the Flare Network team completes the distribution of all the FLR tokens, the ratio of FLR that each participant will receive will be 1 XRP : 1.0073 FLR.

The amount of FLR received will result in an 8-decimal number. Any amount lower than 8 decimals will not be included in the receiving amount.

• *We will announce further the precise date and time for the FLR withdrawal system opening. Please stay tuned for further announcements from Bitkub Exchange.
• Only XRP amounts that appear in the snapshot taken at 07:00 AM (GMT+7) on 12 December 2020 are eligible for the airdrop calculation.
• Trading of FLR is not confirmed by the support of this airdrop. FLR listing will be strictly reviewed through the same process as other tokens listed on Bitkub Exchange. As per our internal policy, we do NOT guarantee the listing of this token.
