How to Delete Data and Chat History on Bitkub Live Chat

To facilitate our customers, the system will save the customer's contact information in cookies that include names, phone numbers, and email addresses entered on the initial page before entering the Live Chat and record the conversations of all customers who contact us via Live Chat.

Advantages

It reduces the steps as customers do not need to enter their personal information before entering the chat system every time when accessing the chat from the same device because the system will require you to enter the information for the first time only.*
Customers can access their chat histories anytime by returning to the previous chat page on Bitkub Exchange platform on the same device*, even after closing the browser or the chat page.

Caution

The information collected by the system may be leaked to other parties if your device is accessed by others.

What if you do not want the system to record your information?

For security purposes, if you do not want the system to record your personal information and keep the record of your chat history on the device, for example, when you access our chat system via a public computer, etc., you can delete the data and contact history from that device by clearing cache and cookies according to the instructions in the following articles.

Remark:

Clearing cookies means that the cookies are permanently deleted from that particular device and cannot be restored; this may result in the deletion of other login information or a change in the websites' behaviors.
