According to the temporary suspension of Terra Classic (LUNA) deposit and withdrawal for scheduled system improvement as per the Company’s regular system development plan on 25 May 2023, we are pleased to inform you that the process is now completed. The related information and schedule are as follows.

Action Required and Cancellation of the Old Wallet Address of LUNA

This system upgrade resulted in the change of LUNA wallet addresses. All LUNA addresses that were created before the system upgrade began on 25 May 2023 at 01:00 PM (GMT+7) can no longer be used for LUNA deposits.

To prevent asset loss and for continuity of LUNA deposits, please go to the LUNA deposit page to create and use a new wallet address only for your future LUNA deposits to Bitkub Exchange, starting from the date and time stated below.

Attention:

• This system improvement and the wallet change do not affect your assets in any way.

• All LUNA wallet addresses (created before 25 May 2023 at 01:00 PM) can no longer be used for LUNA deposits starting from 29 May 2023 at 12:00 PM (GMT+7) onwards.

• Using your old, inactive LUNA address for deposits to Bitkub Exchange may result in loss of transactions and assets.

• The new LUNA address is currently available for transactions via Terra Classic Network only.

• If you make a LUNA deposit with your old wallet address after the maintenance is completed and the wallet address is changed, you will not receive the token in your new wallet of LUNA. However, you can contact Bitkub Support to recover the asset. The conditions for asset recovery are as follows.

  • There is a blockchain tax burn fee (the rate is set by the Terra Classic Network at the time of transaction) for transferring LUNA via the Terra Classic Network. As a result, the token amount that will be credited to your wallet after asset recovery is the amount after tax burn deduction.

  • To accommodate our customers, Bitkub Exchange will not charge any fee for customers who request asset recovery for LUNA unsolicited deposits within 26 May 2023 at 12:01 AM until 25 August 2023 at 11:59 PM (GMT+7).

  • Bitkub Exchange is ready to assist our customers with asset recovery for unlimited requests and transactions. However, kindly note that the normal asset recovery fee will be applicable to all asset recovery requests submitted from 26 August 2023 onwards. The fee costs 3,000 Baht per transaction, applied to the asset recovery request from the third transaction onwards. The 3,000 Baht fee will be deducted from the requesting customer’s THB wallet on Bitkub Exchange.

• Bitkub Exchange reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or change these announcement details. Should there be any changes, we can consider issuing further announcements or prior notice.
