Temporary Suspension of Deposit and Withdrawal of KSM on 25/01/2024 from 01:00 PM (GMT+7) onwards for Scheduled Wallet System Improvement

Bitkub Exchange will temporarily suspend the deposit and withdrawal of the Kusama (KSM) according to our system enhancement plan in order to improve the wallet system and to provide better services for customers.


During the processing period, you can still access all other services as usual. 


The Company would like to assure you that your assets are stored securely in accordance with the strict digital asset storage policy, and the storage of our customers complies with all related laws and regulations.

Attention: The Changes After The Completed System Improvement

  • After the system improvement is completed, you will need to create and use only a new wallet address of KSM for your future deposits of the aforementioned tokens to prevent asset loss and maintain the continuity of transactions.

  • Creating a new wallet address does not affect the asset balance and trading.

  • Using an old address (created before this maintenance) for depositing KSM after the maintenance may lead to asset loss. Please be vigilant for digital asset deposits. The Company reserves the right to consider recovering tokens that are lost from such cases individually.
