To withdraw tokens from Bitkub Exchange, you must complete the security verification for the safety of your digital assets. The security verification methods can be divided based on the country group with SMS OTP service and passkey activation. Please see the details below.
* A Save Address is a wallet address that customers consider saving on their Bitkub account for better convenience when withdrawing assets (click here to learn more).
For crypto withdrawal instructions, please see the articles below.
Before activating the passkey, please be advised to study the information below.
1. The phone number linked to your Bitkub account must be verified.
2. If a passkey is activated, the system will allow you to verify the crypto withdrawals with the passkey only.
If you want to use other security verification methods (SMS OTP, Email OTP, authentication code), you must first delete the passkey from your Bitkub account (please refer to ‘How to remove a passkey’).
3. If the passkey is activated on your account, you can withdraw tokens by using the device that the passkey is activated only.
4. If the passkey and the authentication functions are disabled:
The system will notify you to activate the authentication code.
If you do not activate the authentication code, you will be unable to withdraw tokens.
Remark: If you use the same iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager account on multiple devices, you can verify via passkey on any of those devices when making coin withdrawals.
