Referring to the delisting announcement of Wanchain (WAN) (reference) which stated that the withdrawal of WAN tokens would be permanently ceased on 9 April 2024, Bitkub Exchange (“Company”) would like to inform you of an amendment according to the details below to facilitate our customers with asset management.

To 31 May 2024 at 01:00 PM (GMT+7)
Remarks:
In case customers are unable to withdraw their remaining WAN tokens from Bitkub Exchange before the deactivation of WAN withdrawal,
it shall be deemed that the customer acknowledges and agrees to allow the Company to reasonably manage WAN tokens on the Bitkub Exchange platform. Customers can contact our Customer Support or call 1518 and 02-032-9555 for further assistance.
Withdrawing WAN tokens after the delisting dates and cessation of services from Bitkub Exchange may take longer than usual. However, Bitkub Exchange does not guarantee that the asset recovery will be achievable.
