As the digital wallet service provider (Fireblocks) is performing internal system maintenance which may result in the delay of digital asset deposits and residual transactions (click here for more details), Bitkub Exchange is therefore required to suspend the deposit of 64 digital currencies that are Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens temporarily for the benefits of our customers and in order to prevent residual transactions.
During the processing period, you can still access all other services as usual, and the aforementioned temporary suspension will not affect your assets in any way. The Company is coordinating and monitoring the matter closely and will also announce once the system of the digital wallet service provider (Fireblocks) is back in service.
The Company would like to assure you that your assets are stored securely in accordance with the strict digital asset storage policy, and the storage of our customers complies with all related laws and regulations.
