Bitkub application version 3.8 will no longer support any version lower than iOS 13 or Android 5

Update for Bitkub application version 3.8 is officially available on both App Store and Play Store. The main purpose of this update is to enhance the security of mobile devices against cyber threats.

Please note that Bitkub application version 3.8 will no longer support any version that is lower than version 13 for iOS and version 5.0 for Android devices. For continuous use and security, we kindly ask that you update your device’s operating system to the most recent version.

Why do I need to update?

Using the updated operating system of your mobile device will not only enhance the security of your device and account but also support the new features that are or will be available so you can enjoy all the newest functions. at all times. Using your Bitkub application on an outdated operating system may offer you an unpleasant experience as listed below.

iOS

• Your Bitkub application will not be able to update and support the new features if your iOS device is with any version that is lower than version 13.
• In case of application deletion, you will not be able to reinstall it.
• This update is not available for iPhone 5 or older.

Android

• Your Bitkub application will not be able to update and support the new features if your Android device is with any version that is lower than version 5.
• In case of application deletion, you will not be able to reinstall it.
