We are glad to inform you that the application system enhancement is completed and back online.
Please be informed that the trading system will be temporary suspended for 30 minutes after the application system is back to operating. You can cancel your open orders in your account during the suspension period.

1. You will not be able to:
- add a new bank account
- sign up new users
- use "forgot password" function
- use THB transfer deposit
*QR Code deposit is available.
- use public API
- use Bitkub Rewards
2. Only Bitkub mobile application will be available.
3. Users may experience some delays due to the traffic limit. We are working tirelessly to bring the system back to full function soon.
4. The website is still under maintenance.
