According to the temporary suspension of the deposit and withdrawal of LUNA, XRP, SCRT, BAND, and ATOM for scheduled system improvement as per the Company’s regular system development plan on 6 October 2023, we are pleased to inform you that the process is now completed. The related information and schedule are as follows.
New Wallet Address Creation
This system improvement came with a change of wallet addresses for LUNA, XRP, SCRT, BAND, and ATOM. All addresses of the aforementioned tokens that were created before the system upgrade began on 6 October 2023 at 10:00 AM (GMT+7) can no longer be used for depositing.
To prevent asset loss and for continuity of deposits, please go to the deposit page of LUNA, XRP, SCRT, BAND, and ATOM to create and use a new wallet address only for your future deposits, starting from the date and time stated below.
