Referring to our prior announcement (reference) regarding supporting the Ethereum Network (ERC-20) for transactions of the SIX (SIX) token in order to align with the new operational guidelines of the SIX Network that SIX token on the Stellar Network will no longer be supported (referred SIX’s announcement), to prevent possible risks, Bitkub Exchange (“Company”) would like to inform our customers and investors of the important details below.
1. Customers who only trade or have SIX tokens stored in their Bitkub wallets without making any SIX deposit or withdrawal
No action is required, and customers can continue trading SIX tokens as usual.
2. The deposit and withdrawal of SIX on the Stellar Network will be supported on our platform until 12 December 2023 at 01:00 PM (GMT+7).
3. Customers who engage in SIX deposits and withdrawals
Please avoid making SIX deposits and withdrawals on the Stellar Network on 12 December 2023 at 01:00 PM (GMT+7).
After the mentioned date and time, please deposit and withdraw SIX tokens via the Ethereum (ERC-20) Network only. If you carry out a SIX transaction on an unsupported network, there is a possibility of asset loss or the assets may not be credited to the recipient's wallet. In this case, please contact Bitkub Support for further assistance or to request asset recovery. Please note that fees may be applicable for asset recovery, and the requesting customers are solely responsible for such fees.
To avoid any potential issues, please follow the guidance provided in this announcement.

Remarks:
Please be cautious when transferring tokens between networks and making transactions as the confirmed transactions cannot be canceled or recovered.
Customers acknowledge and accept the risks that may arise as well as the responsibility in the event of asset loss due to erroneous transactions including transferring through unsupported networks.
However, customers can request the Company to assist with asset recovery.
To prevent risks and expenses that may occur, please avoid depositing and withdrawing SIX tokens on 12 December 2023 at around 01:00 PM (GMT+7).
