Referring to the temporary suspension of the deposit, withdrawal, and trading systems of all tokens for scheduled system maintenance per our regular development plan (reference), please be informed of the new schedule below.


Bitkub Exchange will temporarily suspend the following services on the application and website according to the schedule below for scheduled system improvement as per our regular development plan.

  1. User login

  2. THB and all digital currencies deposit, withdrawal, and trading

  3. Account verification (KYC)

  4. Bank account registration

  5. 2FA activation


Please be assured that the aforementioned temporary suspension will not affect your assets, and your assets are stored securely in accordance with the strict digital asset storage policy and the storage of our customers’ assets complies with all related laws and regulations.

Remarks:

  1. Please be advised to avoid performing any deposit, withdrawal, or trading of all cryptocurrencies during the system enhancement period.

  2. During the maintenance period, you will not be able to cancel any pending buy-sell orders temporarily. You may consider canceling your pending buy-sell orders before the maintenance begins to prevent the risks from price fluctuation after the trading system is back in service.

  3. Some functions that might be already suspended before this maintenance may remain suspended after the maintenance is complete. Please wait for further announcements.

  4. To prevent the possible risks of unattended or delayed transactions, please consider creating transactions carefully.
