Due to the recent earthquake, some of Bitkub Exchange’s (“the Company”) services have been affected. Therefore, we will temporarily close our Call Center according to the following schedule:

Please note that due to the impact of the earthquake, services through our Live Chat, email, and other services may experience delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Additionally, we would like to inform you that we will also be suspending Walk-in service at our office during this period.

Announcement updates

  • As of 31/03/2025: Our Call Center was back in service on 31/03/2025 from 01:00 PM onwards. However, the walk-in service is still unavailable for security. Another announcement will be published once we can accept walk-in customers as usual.
