Principle


Currently, Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (“Company”) is capable of independently verifying the trading data of market makers. Therefore, it is deemed appropriate to amend the Market Maker Rules by removing the requirement for market makers to submit daily trading reports. This amendment aims to enhance clarity in operational procedures and to comply with Appendix 5 of the Notification of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. Kor Thor. 19/2561 Re: Rules, Conditions, and Procedures for Digital Asset Businesses (Consolidated Version).


The Company hereby opens the public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Market Maker Rules, specifically regarding the supervisory guidelines, as outlined below:


  1. Cancellation of the requirement for Market Makers to submit daily trading reports.
