Bitkub Exchange to Support Omni Network (OMNI) Upgrading to Nomina (NOM)

Following the new operations plan of the OMNI's token issuer (reference), Bitkub Exchange (“Company”) will support the upgrading of the Omni Network (OMNI) to Nomina (NOM) tokens. Please see the details below.

1. Network: Ethereum (ERC-20) (Remain unchanged)

2. Change of token name

• Current token: Omni Network (OMNI)

• New token: Nomina (NOM)

3. Change of token symbol

The logo of the NOM token that will appear on the platform of Bitkub Exchange is shown below.

4. Token ratio after upgrading OMNI to NOM

According to OMNI’s guideline, OMNI tokens will be upgraded to NOM tokens at a ratio of 1:75 (1 OMNI : 75 NOM).

5. Schedule

• Termination of OMNI Deposit, Withdrawal, and Trading Systems for Token Upgrade

30 October 2025 at 10:00 AM (GMT+7) onwards

• Activation of NOM Deposit, Withdrawal, and Trading Systems

Attention:

• OMNI trading is available until the Company begins the token upgrade according to the above details and schedule.

• The Company will migrate the OMNI tokens stored on Bitkub Exchange to NOM tokens automatically; customers who hold OMNI tokens on Bitkub Exchange do not need to process anything concerning this token migration and upgrade. Once the token migration is completed, the NOM tokens will be stored in NOM wallets on Bitkub Exchange.

• If you do not consent to Bitkub Exchange to migrate your OMNI tokens in your Bitkub wallet to NOM tokens, please consider managing your digital assets carefully before we begin the said token migration.
