Notice: Please Check and Update Wallet Addresses of Digital Assets on ERC 20, ADA, BEP 20, and KAP 20 Networks within 22/09/2022 at 05:00 PM (GMT+7)

Bitkub Exchange will update the wallet addresses of the following digital currencies on the following networks in order to provide our customers with better services. Before making a deposit of a digital asset, please make sure that the wallet address used is the current one that is supported by the system and can be used for depositing. In case your account is required to generate a new wallet address, the system will show a notification message with a button that you can click to generate the new wallet address.

The list of related networks and digital assets affected by this system update

  • ERC 20 Network
    Related digital assets are AAVE, ABT, ALPHA, AXS, BAL, BAT, BOBA, COMP, CRV, CTXC, CVC, DAI, ENJ, ETH, FTT, GLM, ILV, JFIN, LINK, MANA, MKR, OCEAN, OMG, SAND, SNT, SNX, SUSHI, UNI, USDC, USDT, YFI, and ZRX.
  • ADA Network
    The related digital asset is ADA.
  • BEP 20 Network
    The related digital asset is BNB.
  • KAP 20 Network
    The related digital asset is KUB.

The Company kindly asks you to terminate the use of old wallet addresses (for example, in case you save it on wallet lists elsewhere, using an old address with your own developing system, previous use or save of a QR code of an old address, etc.) for the digital assets listed above. In case you make a deposit of such assets by using old addresses after they are no longer supported by our system, such deposits will not be successful. As a result, the assets are not credited to your account. Should this happen, please contact our Bitkub Support to check further. The checking process, in this case, may take longer than usual for security reasons. The cancellation of the old wallet address system will be effective on 22 September 2022 from 05:00 PM (GMT+7) onwards. To prevent possible issues, please follow the advice provided in this announcement.

For your future deposits of the assets listed above, please check and update the wallet address here before depositing from the deposit function of each currency.

This system update is according to the regular operation plan of the Company. During the processing period for updating the wallet addresses, you can still access all other services as usual, and this change does not affect your assets in any way. 


The Company would like to assure you that your assets are stored securely in accordance with the strict digital asset storage policy that complies with all related laws and regulations. 

Remarks:

  • If you deposited tokens into the old wallet address after the specified period, you can contact Bitkub Support for further assistance. The asset recovery process should take no more than 90 days.
  • Please be cautious when completing the transaction by identifying and verifying that the information contained in the transaction is correct and complete in order to avoid asset loss, as a confirmed transaction cannot be canceled or changed.
  • In case of errors with depositing a digital asset that the transactions are not supported by the Company, it may lead to asset loss, and Bitkub Exchange reserves the right not to recover the lost assets from such cases.
  • Bitkub Exchange reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or change these announcement details, and we will notify you further if there are any changes.
