Deposit and Withdrawal Temporary Suspension of 35 Tokens on Ethereum Network to Support Ethereum Arrow Glacier Upgrade on 09/12/2021 from 07:00 PM (GMT+7) onwards

According to the previous announcement regarding the temporary suspension of deposit and withdrawal of 35 tokens on the Ethereum network (ERC-20) to support the Ethereum Arrow Glacier Upgrade, as the countdown for the upgrade is expected to start later, we decided to postpone the related suspension for our customers’ benefits. Please see the new suspension schedule below.

From      07:00 PM (GMT+7)
To           04:30 AM (GMT+7) on 10 December 2021

In the meantime, the deposit and withdrawal of the participating tokens will not proceed. However, trading (buy and sell) will not be affected. 

Ethereum Arrow Glacier Upgrade is scheduled to start at block 13,773,000 which is anticipated to take place on 9 December 2021 around 10:00 PM (GMT+7) according to the Ethereum countdown here.

2.  Any transactions that are not completely processed on blockchain before the system shutdown will be processed when the system is back in service. Rest assured that your assets will remain safe under our care. However, it is suggested that making transactions during the maintenance period should be avoided to prevent any unexpected errors.
