Many candidates fail because of unclear objectives or mentioning wrong companies as well as positions. This is one of the cautions that you should not miss!

 

Part 4 Your hobbies related to the position you are applying for is also one of the things that HRs secretly notice as they can tell what you spend most of your free time on. For example, if you are interested in a tech-related position and your hobby is about updating/following the news or joining training/seminars to improve your skills, these things will make your resume so outstanding that the company will rush to contact you for an additional discussion!
