Today, we have 5 tips for new graduates or 'first jobbers' who are looking for their first jobs. These tips are criteria that Bitkub's People Search Team (this is what we call our HR team!) uses to consider applicants who are first jobbers with no work experience.
1. Education
For first jobbers, your educational background is the first thing that will be considered. This information indicates what you have studied and how it will benefit the position.
2. Internship experience
It is true that first jobbers have no work experience, but your internship experience, as well as activities you participate in during your school time, can help you. Moreover, if you do some freelance jobs or business, you can add this information to your work experience; this will absolutely be considered by our People Search Team.
3. Personality and character
Personality can reflect a lot of things. It is also one of the things that our team will consider and use to evaluate each candidate.
4. Attitude
Attitude is a very important factor. There are many skillful people, but if their attitude does not match the mission of our company, they might not successfully complete the work as a part of our team. Meanwhile, some people might not have outstanding skills but their attitude towards their work is excellent, these people may be able to complete the work even more successfully. 5. General and organizational background knowledge
Many people might not have business insight that much, so our team uses general knowledge which reflects the wisdom, analysis skill, and enthusiasm of each candidate. One of the necessary things you should prepare for a job interview is knowledge about the company as it can reflect how much you desire to join the company.
