How to verify an account via Dip Chip at a Counter Service?

The process of account verification via Dip Chip at a Counter Service is described in the following steps. Please note that this method is available for customers of Thai nationality who reside in Thailand only.

Dip Chip Verification on Bitkub Application

1. After you fill in all the information on your Bitkub account until you reach the final page, select "Dip Chip at 7-Eleven" and tap "Select and Next" on the green button.

2. Bring your Thai national ID card to a Counter Service station (currently, Counter Service stations are only available at 7-Eleven stores).

3. The system will lead you to the Account Verification Process at 7-Eleven. Please read the conditions thoroughly and tap "Show A QR Code for Verification".

4. Once you are at the store, inform a 7-Eleven cashier at the counter that you need to verify your account to activate your Bitkub account.

5. The cashier will scan the QR Code from your Bitkub application or screenshot.

6. Insert your Thai national ID card into the machine provided at the counter.

7. After completing the card reading, remove your ID from the Dip Chip machine, and the cashier will take a picture of you.

8. If the cashier checks and finds that the information received from your ID card is successfully collected and the photo is of good quality, they will print out a slip as proof for you.

9. Wait for the email notification to inform you of the update or the result of your account verification.

10. You can log in to your account to complete the Crypto Knowledge quiz while waiting for the verification result (you can find more details here).

Dip Chip Verification on the Bitkub Website

1. After you fill in the information on the Bitkub system and reach the final step, select the profile icon in the top right corner and press "Verify now."

2. The system will take you to the "Select Identity Verification Type" page, where you can click "Personal Account."

3. Scan the QR Code on the website to continue the identity verification process on the Bitkub application.

4. You can log in to your account to complete the Crypto Knowledge quiz while waiting for the verification result (you can find more details here).
