**Remark: Due to the system maintenance to merge TMB Bank and Thanachart Bank, customers will not be able to use their Thanachart account from Friday, July 2, 2021, at 03:00 PM. onwards. For those who have Thanachart accounts bound, your account might be changed to TMBThanachart Bank (ttb) account. You can bind your    account after July 5, 2021, at 08:30 AM.

Please check the below conditions before proceeding to add a bank account,

• The bank account must match the bankbook.
• Please specify the account number correctly according to the bankbook.
• Please check if your first name - last name are correctly specified.
• Fixed deposits and current accounts cannot be added. 
• Bitkub Exchange only supports transactions (deposit - withdrawal) made from the savings account.
• The details on the bankbook must be seen clearly.The bankbook file must not be encrypted with a password.
• If you have changed your name, please ensure that the information is correct.
• The document size must not be over 5 MB and saved in one of the supported formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIF, TIFF, or PNG. only.
