Opening an account with Bitkub Exchange is simple, by filling in your email address and information. Kindly note that 1 customer can open 1 account only as you will need to fill in your ID number (for Thai nationals) or passport number (for foreign nationals) for verification.
But before you begin, please be sure to read the Terms of Service to set proper expectations and learn about the proper usage of our products and services.
If you are ready, let's get started!
1. Download the Bitkub application.
2. Open the application and tap "Member Login".
3. Tap "Create new account".
4. Set up the email address and password for your Bitkub account.
4.1 Enter your email address.
4.2 Set the password.
4.3 Re-enter the password correctly.
4.4 Tap Register.
*Tips: The password must meet the following requirements:
- Contain at least 12 characters.
- Contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z).
- Contain at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z).
- Contain at least 1 number (0-9).
- Contain at least 1 special character (!@#$%^*-_+=).
5. Read the Term of Service, Privacy Policy, and AML Policy before ticking the box and clicking "I agree".
6. Review the disclosure of information and risks and tap "Next".
7. Set your consent.
- You can give consent to Bitkub to notify you of news, updates, and product recommendations from us and/or our business affiliates, and to disclose your personal data to Bitkub for analysis.
- You can review the company’s Privacy Policy and list of affiliates and business partners here.
Check the box of each objective you agree to give consent to or check the box “Accept all consent” to give consent to all objectives, and tap “Next” when you finish.
Remark: Users who are older than 18 years of age but younger than 20 years old must receive consent from their parent for Bitkub.com to collect, use, or disclose their personal information.
8. You will receive a link to confirm your email address in your email inbox. (If you do not see a confirmation email, please tap Troubleshooting: Unable to receive email from Bitkub), and tap "Confirm Email".
9. The account registration is complete!
Remark: Before trading, please verify your account identity and make THB deposit.
