Bitkub App: Register your bank account to your Bitkub account

To register your bank account on the Bitkub website, please visit How to register your bank account on Bitkub website.


You can click/tap on the image below (or select the full screen icon on the bottom right corner to expand) to see how to register your bank account on the Bitkub application and check the written instructions below.



1. Open your Bitkub application and log in to your account.

2. Tap Profile on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen.

3. Tap Manage Bank Account.

4. Tap Add Bank Account.

 

** In case you have not completed account verification, you will see a pop-up message as shown in the image below. (Click here to see more details about account verification.)



5. If you have already verified your account, the system will take you to a page where you can enter your bank account information.

  • Input the bank name.
  • Input the bank branch name.
  • Input your account number.
  • Upload the first page of your bank book for verification.*


6. Click Confirm


Your bank account details will be processed within 24 hours.


*Remarks:

  • You must upload the first page of your bank book, which can be: (submit at least 1 type)
    • A picture of your bankbook page or its photocopy
    • A screenshot from mobile banking that shows the bank account number and your full name clearly
  • The size of your document photo must not be larger than 5 MB and the photo must be saved in one of the supported formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, and PNG.
  • Your name in the bank book must match your Bitkub account name.
  • The file must be clear and readable.
  • If the bank account you wish to add to your Bitkub account is an online bank account (without a physical passbook), you can request the "passbook cover" through the bank's application or internet banking service to upload during the bank account addition process.**
  • If your online bank account does not have a branch name, you can enter a hyphen (-) in the "Branch" field.


**As the passbook cover request procedures may vary between banks, you may study the following examples of how to request a passbook cover from three banks. This information can be used as a guideline for your own bank's process.


  • Kasikorn Bank (KBANK) Procedure
    1. Log in to the application, select "More" (the three dots symbol).
    2. Select "Settings".
    3. Select "Accounts/Cards".
    4. Select the account for which you want to request a passbook cover from  "My Accounts". (This feature is only available for bank accounts opened online.)
    5. Select "Virtual Passbook".
    6. Select "Save" to save the passbook cover.
  • Krungthai Bank (KTB) Procedure (reference)
    1. Log in to the application, go to the main page, and select "Account".
    2. Select "More".
    3. Select "Passbook".
    4. Select "Save to device".
  • Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) Procedure (reference)
    1. Log in to the application, select "My Accounts" (the passbook symbol).
    2. Select the account for which you want to request a passbook cover.
    3. Select "More services".
    4. Select "Request passbook cover".
    5. Select "Save" or "Share" to another channel.
    6. Select "Save as PDF" or "Save as image".


Remark: Passbook cover request procedures may change according to the policies of each bank. If the bank you use is not included in this list, please study the detailed methods directly from that bank's official channels.
