Thai Baht (THB) Deposit and Withdrawal Processing Time and Fees

1. THB Deposit 

There are 2 methods available:

1.1 Bank Transfer

•  Your deposit will be processed and credited to your Bitkub account within 30 minutes - 3 days after you upload the proof of deposit.* ’ **
  (Your proof of deposit must be clear and the amount must be correct.)
• The minimum amount for deposits via the THB transfer method is 50,000 Baht.
  
  

1.2 QR Code

• Fast processing: your deposit will be credited to your Bitkub account within 1 minute -  24 hours.* ’ ** ’ ***
• The minimum amount for deposits via the QR code method is only 40 Baht.
• Each QR code should not be re-used to avoid any errors.

• The recommended amount for THB deposits via QR code is up to 2,000,000 Baht. However, the amount that can be deposited via this method may differ depending on the limit of each Bitkub account, the approval process of the bank system, and the limit of the bank account used for the deposit.

• * The bank account owner's name must match the registered bank information in the Bitkub account that will receive the deposit. If the depositing bank account is under another person’s name, such a deposit will be refunded after we receive the correct supporting documents. • ** Should there be any unexpected issue from the payment gateway, your deposits might be affected and delayed. The deposit process may then be complete within 1-3 business days for the bank to verify the transaction amount. If this happens, we will announce and post it on our official communication channels.
• *** The QR code system is suspended daily from 11:30 PM - 12:10 AM (GMT+7) due to daily system maintenance on the bank side. However, you can make transactions via THB transfer deposit as usual during the said period.

2. THB Withdrawal

2.1 Via Kasikorn Bank

• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 Baht.*
• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is over 2,000,000 Baht.* ’ **
• The maximum withdrawal is 20,000,000 Baht per transaction.

• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.*
• The maximum withdrawal is 2,000,000 THB per transaction.
