Proof of payment is a photo or a screenshot of a deposit receipt/slip to confirm that you already make a deposit to Bitkub Exchange by using a THB transfer or transfer over-the-counter (OTC) method.
The details that must appear in the document are:
- Your name and bank account number.
- Bank account information of Bitkub Online Co., Ltd.
- Date and time of the transaction
- Deposit amount
The acceptable proofs of payment can be categorized as follows.
1. Proof of payment by online THB transfer
The acceptable proof of payment for this method is a transfer slip from online banking (direct transfer from a bank application).
2. Proof of payment by over-the-counter transfer (OTC)
The acceptable proof of payment for this method is a slip from over-the-counter deposits.
- If you transfer over-the-counter at Kasikorn Bank (KBank), please take a photo of the "Withdrawal/Account Debiting" form (red form) and the "Deposit/Payment/Transfer to bank account" form (green form) (both forms appear in one photo), and upload it to the system.
