As per the system update of the Customer Service portal on 16 - 19 February 2023 of Bitkub Exchange in order to improve the customer experience, the aforementioned system update, unfortunately, resulted in the temporary inaccessibility of the Live Chat system on the application on iOS devices. Customers who use such devices, therefore, will not be able to reach us via Live Chat at the moment.
Our team is currently monitoring the process closely. During the update period, you can access other services and contact Bitkub Support via our Call Center at 1518 and 02-032-9555 as usual.
