Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (Limited Company) would like to clarify that the Company has completed the preparation of the financial statements for the fiscal year 2022. Also, the Company has hired an external auditor approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to start auditing from 1 February 2023 onwards. However, since the audit process is still in progress by the external auditor, this has caused the Company to be unable to submit the annual financial statements for the year 2022 to the SEC Office and disclose such financial statements on the Company's website by 30 April 2023.
When the Company became aware of the aforementioned incident from the auditor, the Company, therefore, hastened to clarify the aforementioned matter to the SEC Office on 28 April 2023. The Company will report the progress to the SEC Office periodically, expedite coordination with the auditor and take any necessary action to ensure that the audit of the financial statements of the year 2022 is completed as soon as possible.
