The Board of Directors considers postponing the submission of financial statements for the fiscal year 2020 due to the current coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) situation, in which the government requests cooperation for the private sector to organize a work-from-home (“Work From Home”) format. The company has operated by the aforementioned government policy to help reduce and control the epidemic. This resulted in a delay in conducting an audit for the preparation of the financial statements for the fiscal year 2020, affecting the disclosure of the 2020 financial statements on the Company’s website. However, the company is working urgently to disclose such financial statements by the announcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission which has announced a waiver to be able to submit the financial statements for the year 2020 as late as 30 June 2021.
