Referring to our notification regarding the account information update for periodic review or KYC Update (sent to customers whose accounts are due for review only), Bitkub Exchange would like to invite the customers who received the notification to complete updating their account information immediately for the continued usage of your account. The verification documents can still be submitted by uploading to our system directly until 30 June 2023*.
From 1 July 2023 onwards, the company will no longer accept documents submitted through the uploading method in order to raise the company's service standard.
The company would like to thank you for your kind cooperation and for your trust in Bitkub Exchange. We hope that you will cooperate in completing the account information update and continue to enjoy our services.
* After the deactivation of the document uploading system, customers with Thai nationality can complete their verification by dip-chipping at the Counter Service at a 7-Eleven store only until any further change is announced.
Remark: The company reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or change these announcement details, and we will consider releasing further announcements if there are any changes.
