In order to raise the service standard, Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (“Company”) will no longer accept verification documents submitted through the uploading method starting on 1 July 2023 onwards. After the aforementioned system deactivation, to accommodate the customers, customers with Thai nationality who reside in Thailand can submit their verification information by dip-chipping at the Counter Service at a 7-Eleven store only until further notice.
