In this regard, our team has already coordinated with the App Store team to complete the update of the application version as soon as possible. Customers who have updated to iOS version 3.19.4 and are experiencing the application issue can access our services via www.bitkub.com as usual.
For customers whose iOS device is not yet updated to version 3.19.4, please follow our updates closely; we will promptly announce further once the update of version 3.19.5 is completed.
Customers with applications on devices with other operating systems can access the services as usual.
