Notice of RealX qualification review

Bitkub Exchange (“Company”) would like to inform you that, as per the review result of the token property according to the listing rule, the Company considered the RealX token obtains the required qualifications to be listed on the digital asset exchange platform of Bitkub Exchange. Currently, the Company is in the process of a contract discussion with Real Estate Exponential Company Limited (“RealX issuer”).

Those who are interested can reserve RealX tokens through the initial coin offering (ICO) portal at https://tokenxapp.page.link/Y9hd.

Kindly note that the token reservation system as mentioned above is operated by Token X Company Limited which is the ICO portal provider.

Basic information on RealX token

• RealX is an investment token (Asset-backed token) issued by Real Estate Exponential Company Limited while the initial coin offering (ICO) portal is provided by Token X Company Limited.

• The ICO period is 1 July 2023 - 31 August 2023 (before 03:30 PM).

• The offering price at 182 Baht per token.

• The investors will be provided with quarterly returns from the net rentals in the first ten years of the project and guaranteed net income during the 1st - 5th years of the project at 4.00%, 4.25%, 4.50%, 4.75%, and 5.00% per year respectively according to the digital token offering value.**

Remarks:

• The ICO process must be conducted in accordance with the ICO criteria in the primary market as stated in the token filing and prospectus.

• The issue and offering as well as determining the RealX properties are in accordance with the token prospectus issued and set by the token issuer under the supervision of the SEC.

• Once the ICO in the primary market is completed and the contract between Bitkub Exchange and RealX issuer is signed successfully, the Company will announce the related schedule for RealX deposit and trading system activation further.
