How to Cancel THB Deposit on Bitkub Application

You can follow these steps to cancel the THB deposits on the Bitkub application.

1. Log in to your account on the Bitkub application.

2. Tap the Wallet icon on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select the THB menu and tab “View details” on the deposit transaction you wish to cancel.

4. Tab “Cancel transaction”.

5. Tab on “Confirm” to confirm the cancellation.

The transaction will be tagged "Canceled" after the cancellation is completed.
