Easy E - Receipt Program 2024

The Easy E - Receipt 2024 program is a scheme that the Thai government has initiated to enhance domestic spending by encouraging consumers to purchase products or services from the participating service providers from 1 January - 15 February 2024 allowing them to claim a tax deduction for the tax year 2024 up to 50,000 baht.


Bitkub Exchange is one of the service providers that can issue e-tax invoices or e-receipts and is eligible for this program in 2024. The payment that customers can request an e-tax invoice/e-receipt for 2024 tax deduction are as follows.

  • Fee paid for buying/selling digital assets

  • Fee paid for withdrawing digital assets and Thai baht

  • Redemption of Bitkub Coin (KUB) to fee credits


Terms and Conditions


  • To be eligible for 2024 tax deduction, transactions stated in clause 1, as well as utilization of the fee credits, must be completed within the period of 1 January - 15 February 2024 only.

  • Customers will receive an e-tax invoice/e-receipt via email the day after the completion of transactions (T+1).

Example


Mr. Bullkub redeems KUB to fee credit worth 100,000 baht and receives a 20% bonus worth 20,000 baht on 2 January 2024.

  • Mr. Bullkub will receive an e-tax invoice for his payment of 100,000 baht by 3 January 2024.

  • If Mr. Bullkub spends all of the redeemed fee credit within 15 February 2024, he can claim a 50,000-baht tax deduction, which is the highest amount that is allowed per the scheme.

  • If Mr. Bullkub did not use the redeemed fee credit at all in the period of 1 January - 15 February 2024, he will not be able to claim a tax deduction in this case. 


Remarks:

  • All kinds of bonuses such as a bonus from compensation, Bitkub Rewards, or other means are not eligible for a 2024 tax deduction.

  • Customers will receive an e-tax invoice on the redemption date when they redeem Bitkub Coin (KUB) for fee credit. However, no additional invoice will be issued if they subsequently utilize the redeemed credit for trading fees. Another e-tax invoice will only be issued if the fee is paid without using the redeemed credit.
