Notice: New KSM Wallet Address Creation following KSM Deposit and Withdrawal System Back in Service on 25/01/2024 at 05:30 PM (GMT+7)

According to the temporary suspension of the deposit and withdrawal of Kusama (KSM) for scheduled wallet system improvement as per the Company’s regular system development plan on 25 January 2024, we are pleased to inform you that the process is now completed. The related information and schedule are as follows.


Please create a new wallet address for KSM. Please see the details below.


  • This system improvement came with a change of wallet addresses for KSM. All wallet addresses of the aforementioned token created before the system improvement began on 25 January 2024 at 01:00 PM (GMT+7) can no longer be used for depositing the said token.

  • To prevent asset loss and for continuity of deposits, please go to the deposit page of KSM to create and use a new wallet address only for your future KSM deposits, starting from the date and time stated below.

  • This system improvement and the wallet change do not affect your assets in any way.

  • Using an old, inactive address for deposits may result in a loss of transactions.

  • All wallet addresses of KSM (created before 25 January 2024 at 01:00 PM) can no longer be used for KSM depositing starting on 25 January 2024 at 05:30 PM (GMT+7).
