Announcement: Deprecation of Public API Secure Endpoint V1, V2, and Old API Key

Referring to the announcement regarding the installation and release of new API endpoints for placing and canceling transaction orders of digital assets with Bitkub Exchange on 29 November 2023 (reference) to increase efficiency and improve the defects that appeared in the old public API endpoints, we would like to inform you further about the deprecation of Public API Secure Endpoint V2 and old API key with the details as follows.

  1. The old 20 API endpoints (Public API Secure Endpoint V1 and V2) that will be deprecated are listed below:

  • /api/market/balances               

  • /api/market/v2/place-bid   

  • /api/market/v2/place-ask       

  • /api/market/v2/cancel-order    

  • /api/market/wstoken

  • /api/market/my-open-orders             

  • /api/market/my-order-history               

  • /api/market/order-info             

  • /api/crypto/addresses              

  • /api/crypto/withdraw           

  • /api/crypto/deposit-history            

  • /api/crypto/withdraw-history               

  • /api/crypto/generate-address               

  • /api/fiat/accounts 

  • /api/fiat/withdraw         

  • /api/fiat/deposit-history          

  • /api/fiat/withdraw-history


The API endpoint stated in this clause will be deprecated on 17 July 2024 from 05:00 PM (GMT+7) onwards.

  1. The new API endpoints (Public API Secure Endpoint V3) that will replace the API endpoints listed above can be found here. Additionally, you can find the sign signature example for Public API Secure Endpoint V3 here.


In case you are currently using any API endpoints listed in clause 1, please switch to using the new endpoints (as listed in clause 2) by the aforementioned dates.


Other APIs that are not mentioned in this announcement are still available as usual.
