Referring to the token upgrade from Polygon (MATIC) to Polygon Ecosystem Token (POL) tokens (reference), please be informed of the schedule as follows.

Issue Termination of MATIC Deposit, Withdrawal, and Trading

Remarks:
In case customers are unable to withdraw or manage their remaining MATIC tokens on Bitkub Exchange before the deactivation of MATIC withdrawal, it shall be deemed that the customer acknowledges and agrees to allow the Company to reasonably upgrade the remaining MATIC tokens on the Bitkub Exchange platform to POL tokens at ratio 1:1 (1 MATIC : 1 POL).
The Company will announce the activation schedule for deposit, withdrawal, and trading of POL token further on our official communication channels. Please follow us closely for more updates.
