*** You will need to verify your bank account before you can make a deposit.
1. Open your Bitkub application and log in to your account.
2. Tap the “Wallet” icon on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap “Deposit” and select THB.
4. You can choose between the two options to deposit THB (Scan QR code or Deposit and Upload slip).
4.1 Scan QR code.
The full name on the Bitkub account must match the full name on the bank account used.
By using this method, the deposit will be transferred to your Bitkub account within 1 minute - 24 hours.
4.1.1 Select "Scan QR code".
4.1.2 Input the amount you wish to deposit.
4.1.3 Read the deposit rules, tick accept in a box, and click “Next”.
4.1.4 Scan the QR Code, and it will provide you with the result of a completed deposit.
Remark:
Each QR code can be used only once. If you reuse the code, your request will not be processed, and you might need to submit a request for a refund in case your money is deducted. The refund process may have some fees and will be completed within 10 business days after we receive the correct and complete documents.

4.2 Deposit and Upload slip
Bank transfer deposits will be processed within 30 minutes - 3 days after you upload the proof of deposit. This method is available for deposits of 50,000 THB or more.
4.2.1 Select “Deposit and Upload slip”.
4.2.2 Select which bank account you wish to use to deposit. (If your bank account is Kbank, the destination account of Bitkub will also be KBank, other than that the destination account will be SCB.)
4.2.3 Enter the deposit amount.
4.2.4 Read the deposit rules, tick accept in a box, and click “Next”.
4.2.5) Click "Upload" to upload the transaction slip (please ensure the amount matches the one shown in your application). Then, click “Take Photo” or “Select from Gallery”.
*** Important: You must transfer the exact amount specified on the application.
In case your deposit is rejected, please carefully check if the deposit submission is correctly filled and if the uploaded proof of deposit follows the requirements below:
You must upload your proof of payment.
Your proof of payment must match your verified bank account information (deposit amount, account name, and account number).
All your uploaded documents must be clear and readable in high resolution.
Your uploaded documents must be in one of our supported formats: JPG, GIF, or PNG, with a maximum size of 20 MB.
If you wish to change the deposit amount and/or the deposit method, please cancel the previous transaction and create a new one before making any transactions.
