Proofs of mobile number ownership

Proofs of mobile number ownership are necessary and required to confirm the ownership of your mobile phone number and allow Bitkub to review and verify your account. The necessary proofs are as follows.

1. A phone bill receipt that displays the service provider, an invoice from the service provider, or the authorized letter that approves your full name as the phone number's owner along with the complete phone number (can be captured from the service provider application).

You can see an example of how to request monthly invoice details via these links.

2. Proof of your name change document, in case you have changed your first name or last name.

3. If you are using TRUE or DTAC prepaid service, please take a screenshot of the verification SMS by dialing the numbers below:

  • TRUE > Dial *153#
  • DTAC > Dial *102#

4. If you are using AIS prepaid service, please take a screenshot of the My AIS application by following the steps below:
  • Launch My AIS application.
  • Go to profile.
  • Tap "Update User Information".
  • Update your ID card information and take a selfie photo.
  • Take a screenshot of the profile information.
