In case you are notified to confirm your mobile number whether via email or a push notification when logging in to your Bitkub account, please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your Bitkub account; you will see a pop-up message informing you to verify the phone number.
Click “Update now” to start verifying your number.
2. Answer 2 questions correctly.
3. Select the country code and fill in your phone number correctly.
4. Click “Request OTP” to request the code via SMS.
5. Check your SMS, correctly fill in the provided OTP, and click “Confirm”.
Once you see a pop-up message “Updated phone number successfully”, you can click OK to go back to the dashboard, and it is done!
Attention:
The mobile number must be registered under your name and belongs to you only.
For smooth usage and better experiences, we recommend that you update the mobile number right away if you see a notifying message on the Dashboard, the Wallet, or other pages by clicking “Update now”.
You can request up to 5 OTPs per day only when updating your mobile number. Please make sure to use the code within the specified time and fill it in correctly.
You will not be able to submit any withdrawals if your mobile number is not yet verified.
